Responsibilities
Leverage a strategic and comprehensive understanding of our service capabilities to provide contact centre solutions to current and prospective partners
Collaborate with clients to translate business problems and requirements into a proposed solution that meets business needs and creates value
Perform market research, identify trends and emerging markets, and build upon our service offerings
Contact and meet with new sales prospects and perform presentations in person or remote
Build strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities and close contracts to meet targets for annual growth
Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing while achieving maximum profit margin, while considering resources, expenses and risks
Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes and timelines

Required
2-5 years of proven sales exp. within a contact centre, BPO, or telecommunications setting
Exceptional passion and drive to achieve measurable sales results
Able to critically analyse opportunities, read situations, think strategically, and apply excellent judgment and decision making
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
Talented in relationship building, networking, and leveraging industry contacts
Able to travel, prepare and perform high-quality client-facing presentations and work on the phone as required
Able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve sales objectives
Experience with developing SoWs, MSAs, RFP responses and closing B2B contracts
Excellent project management skills
Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation software
