Responsibilities
Build business relationships with key decision makers and act as technical sales liaison for existing distribution partners.
Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and providing technical information.
Facilitate programs to gather customer requirements and features to support sales and business partnerships.
Communicate effectively with customers through various channels and explain technical information clearly.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and prepare sales forecasts.
Develop marketing materials with support from the Communications team.
Provide competitive market information, adhere to Company standards, and manage customer complaints.
Plan and execute sales meetings, review sales call reports, and represent the Company at conventions and tradeshows.
Analyze sales and inventory movements, stay updated on industry trends, and perform other assigned projects.

Required
B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM discipline.
5+ years of successful sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in profitable sales development/account growth.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time annually.
Preferred
Previous work experience in a plastics manufacturing or distribution environment.
