Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Alera retail offices and (producers, account executives, etc.) and their clients

Represent Alera’s National Absence Practice from the perspective of administration/outsourcing, internally (Alera National Absence Practice, retail brokers/consultants) and externally (employer/HR, other product/service partners)

Facilitate new business and build a pipeline of potential clients through the marketing and RFP process

Serve as the primary point of contact for Alera brokers and consultants and their clients (HR) for all sales, implementation and ongoing account support

Understand, uncover client needs and offer strategies and solutions that align with their absence management requirements

Consult and advise on best practice for policy, process and communication of the leave program and leave data within the employer organization

Monitor program data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, and/or enhanced user experience
