Responsibilities

Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system
Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers- demonstrate how the customers' business will be empowered by the arketa product
Cultivate and expand the company's relationship with customer accounts within geographic territory- You will be expected to generate outbound leads as part of this role
Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
Stay ahead of competition, competitive issues, and products
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
Participate in team building and company growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care

Required

Direct sales experience, preferably in a high volume, transactional sales
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Ability to develop and handle a sales pipeline with a consistent track record of handling and closing a large number of transactions simultaneously
Self-starter with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
Passion for the fitness industry is a plus/preference
Determination to succeed and strive to be the best

Preferred

Experience in Enterprise Sales
Experience in driving sales of products to Medium & Large size fitness businesses
Experience in prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, and closing
Experience in providing initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
Experience in cultivating and expanding relationships with customer accounts within a geographic territory
Experience in generating outbound leads
Experience in providing regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through a CRM system
Effective communication skills with management, customers, and support staff
Experience in participating in team building and company growth activities
Desire to bring/expand customers into the company and improve revenue
Passion for the fitness industry
Experience in sales training and marketing efforts
Experience in customer care
Experience in staying ahead of competition, competitive issues, and products
