Responsibilities

Provide top of the line client service and linen management by conducting regular site visits, checking inventories, supervising linen utilization, and providing customer education

Build relationships with linen staff and FDR internal team to ensure quality standards are met with regard to on-time delivery, fill rates, customer needs and other requests

Strategize account retention and revenue growth through customer renewals by analyzing the status and profitability of accounts

Identify and capture add-on sales opportunities to promote higher-tier products and value-added services to existing customer base

Monitor contract expiration dates and annual price increases

Manage the renewal of service, prepare renewal proposals, and obtain signed agreements

Support local plant initiatives for customer satisfaction through excellent communication, responsiveness to customer needs and fulfillment of program expectations

Provide written recommendations to upper management regarding opportunities for improved efficiency and savings

Develop business plans to include sales strategies for the region and for each targeted/prospective account

Source and pursue targeted accounts to expand customer base

Generate and deliver customer presentations and proposals, with the goal of securing long-term service agreements

Manage all aspects of new account set-up, including, but not limited to, entering information into Salesforce.com and completing set up forms

Attend local and regional trade shows where the opportunity exists to make new contacts and qualify new prospects

Complete administrative requests made by management as needed

Forecast and achieve annual objectives for revenue and gross margin growth
