Responsibilities
Executes plan of action for delivering projects with oversight from senior management
Facilitates regular touch points with clients to develop relationships
Identifies efficiencies and areas of improvement for account and project work
Demonstrates superior organizational skills in project timeline development, information and task delegation, internal process compliance, client communication, project initiation, and action plan development
Manages multiple projects within a given account
Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills with clients and internal team members
Troubleshoots and makes decisions with little oversight from senior management
Develops estimates and statements of work for new projects
Tracks client signed estimates, purchase orders, and invoices
Conducts regular and accurate budget reconciliations for all projects
Communicates budget-related details to clients
Analyzes project utilization reports and identifies areas requiring scope and budget changes
Assists senior management with proposal and new business presentation development for organic growth with existing clients
Demonstrates understanding of Cadent Medical Communication’s capabilities and service offerings
Shows strong knowledge of the medical communications and promotional industry
Understands therapeutic area marketplace, product, and brand

Required
Bachelor’s degree, in related field
3-5 years relevant experience in medical communication, marketing or advertising, or healthcare field, with experience in project management, timeline development, and client management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Physician, HCP, or patient marketing or educational activity experience
