Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales plan, including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals
Qualify and manage leads throughout the full sales cycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Support and leverage field marketing, product launches, and sales-generating programs
Gather intelligence on markets, prospects, and competition using various resources
Consistently meet or exceed sales quota expectations

Required
7+ years of experience selling complex B2B software products
Ability to travel lightly for industry events and meetings with key prospects
Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage the sales cycle
Proven experience in prospecting and utilizing tools like Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Demonstrated success in a consultative sales approach with senior business and technical executives, including CXOs and VPs
Consistent history of overachievement, with multi-year quota attainment
