Responsibilities
A dynamic role that cuts across sales leadership and account management where you will be engaging with clients and acting as the voice of expertise from the initial outreach to onboarding.
Support sales enablement and marketing initiatives around brand awareness, market positioning, and demand generation.
Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US financial services and real estate sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
Work collaboratively with our team of climate scientists, risk analysts, and data scientists in London to develop innovative solutions that address clients' climate risk management needs.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Spectra to potential clients, explaining its value proposition and unique features.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Required
A proven track record in business development, driving sales revenues and can demonstrate success managing end-to-end B2B sales cycle, ideally in data, SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of sales success in the financial services or real estate sectors
Ability to build relationships across business leadership, technical stakeholders, and users in client organizations. Experience and understanding of banking, risk assessment, and stress testing would be helpful.
Outstanding relationship management skills, customer obsession and a consultative approach to sales.
Demonstrable ability to explain complex topics catered to different audiences, seniority levels & sectors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex data and climate models.
Passionate about climate change and its impact on the global economy.
Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Experience in enterprise sales
Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or technology start-up
Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM tool)
Knowledge of climate modelling and analytics
