Responsibilities

Attend Strategy Calls : Engage with prospects who have been pre-qualified and booked by the team.
Convert Leads : Focus on converting prospects from scheduled strategy calls into clients.
Track and Update CRM : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
Follow Up on No-Shows : Reach out to prospects who missed their scheduled calls to reschedule or address any concerns.
Execute Follow-Up Strategies : Implement and manage follow-up actions to ensure high conversion rates.
Manage Pipeline:  Consistently do short and long term follow ups, knowing that many prospects only convert months down the line.
Prepare for Daily Sales Meetings : Come prepared to discuss performance, strategies, and next steps.
Track and Analyze Metrics : Monitor and review your sales metrics daily to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
End of Day Update : Provide a summary of daily activities, outcomes, and any key insights or challenges.

Required

3-4 years of sales experience, including experience in appointment setting.
At least 1-2 years of active experience in closing sales (converting prospects into clients through calls).
You live in the Eastern or Atlantic Time Zone, with a flexible schedule that allows you to cover European and North American business hours.
You have excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
You’re willing to work mainly on a performance basis and work with uncapped commissions.
You thrive in a startup environment where each team member takes full ownership of their role.
You consider yourself a High Performance individual. Your routines show that.
