Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Follow and contribute to company-wide sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Conduct demos and capability meetings live and through web conferences.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA a plus.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services and/or technology fields.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Selling to $1B companies; owning license/subscription and consulting contract life cycle.
Comfort managing a $3M-$5M pipeline.
Salesforce proficiency – managing pipeline, forecasts and detailed opportunity records.
Team-selling leadership; utilizing CSM (customer success) and BDR (sales support) staff.
Consultative selling approach; seeks to understand before being understood.
High level of business acumen, collaborative spirit and senior leadership presence.

Preferred

MBA
Experience in the financial services and/or technology fields.
