Responsibilities

Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within the territory

Understand the DM value proposition and its impact on dental/ortho practice workflow

Partner with customers and KOLs to comprehend their business objectives and critical issues

Segment the territory to identify key opportunities for sales growth and customer base expansion

Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and company objectives

Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs and influential customers

Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs to enhance peer-to-peer endorsement

Collaborate effectively in a multifunctional team, influencing team output successfully

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition

Utilize CRM to report activity

Required

Must be based in Vancouver as you will be responsible for covering Western Canada

Strong background in sales in the orthodontics, dental or medical technology field

Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking

Clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach

Strong hunting skills

Background in med-tech, dental or ortho

High level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology

Ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers

Preferred

Understanding of the dental market

Experience working with CRM to report activity
