Responsibilities

Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts.

Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities.

Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates.

Offer support and service to accounts and their staff.

Act as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams.

Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts.

Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management.

Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals.
