Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive client relationships, guiding them through the sales process with expertise.
Achieve $150,000+ in new business revenue monthly.
Conduct 6-8 inbound sales calls daily, Monday through Friday.
Ensure a 25% minimum close rate on live calls.
Participate in daily team meetings and complete administrative tasks such as updating the CRM and providing end-of-day reports.
Continuously improve by leveraging our sales training and development resources.

Required
Proven experience in sales (1+ years preferred), with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via video.
Self-sufficient, highly organized, and able to manage your own pipeline and schedule.
Open to learning and applying new sales techniques.
Ability to work remotely with availability from 8 am - 6 pm EST, ensuring consistent communication and productivity.
