Responsibilities

Actively build pipeline. You’ll rely on your outstanding communication skills and previous SaaS sales experience to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
Convince prospects of the Highwire vision. Our team is small and lean, and you’ll be charged with managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and progressing and closing deals.
Close new customers. You’ll meet (or exceed!) your sales quotas and revenue targets by acquiring new customers and driving additional value to existing customers through up-sells and cross-sells.
Help elevate our sales process. We’re writing the playbook as we go, and you’re eager to help define, build, and refine best practices as a means to achieve excellence in everything.

Required

Familiarity with the construction, safety, risk mitigation, procurement, or compliance industries
Outstanding communication skills
Previous SaaS sales experience
Strong track record of smashing sales goals
Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, qualify leads, and progress and close deals
Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
Eagerness to help define, build, and refine best practices in sales process
Driven by a will to win and exhibit ownership and perseverance
Humble, collaborative, and motivated to improve continually
Articulate, concise, and thoughtful communication
Innate curiosity and a drive to learn new information
Tenacity and resilience to persevere through challenges
