Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing a challenger sales approach to consistently exceed targets.
Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key decision-makers, leveraging your existing network to develop new business and referrals.
Strategic Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with Hyperdrive’s services.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Craft and deliver compelling, customized proposals and presentations that address client pain points and demonstrate Hyperdrive’s value.
RFP and Proposal Management: Oversee RFP processes, including the identification, development, coordination, and submission of comprehensive and compelling proposals.
Sales Tools Utilization: Expertly manage sales activities and pipelines using tools like HubSpot Sales, ZoomInfo Sales, ZoomInfo Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the VP of Sales and leadership team to develop new business opportunities and contribute to team success
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client challenges, and Agile methodologies to position Hyperdrive as a trusted partner.
Brand Ambassador: Champion the Hyperdrive brand and educate potential clients on our unique value proposition.
Networking & Social Presence: Maintain an active and influential social presence on social sites like LinkedIn to bolster brand awareness and thought leadership.

Required
7-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on selling consulting, training, or staffing services.
Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
Ability to travel occasionally (25-40%) to connect with clients and prospects.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Advanced user of HubSpot Sales, ZoomInfo Sales, ZoomInfo Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application in business transformation.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and secure business with C-suite executives.
Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
A well-established network of industry contacts, particularly within sectors relevant to Hyperdrive’s services.
A deep appreciation for and commitment to the principles of Agile, including flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Ability to approach challenges with a growth mindset and adapt quickly to changing client needs.
Preferred
Experience with boutique consulting firms or within training/staffing organizations is highly desirable.
