Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through self-prospecting methods, including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, effectively qualify leads, and convert them into satisfied customers.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling and tailored presentations of our AI-powered marketing solutions and AI-era websites to meet the specific needs of dental practices.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with all prospects.
Contract Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $7,500 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events (1-2 times per month) to represent Lasso MD, generate leads, and stay informed about market trends.
Leverage event participation to build a robust network within the dental industry.
Collaborate with the dedicated Account Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to share market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
Participate in regular sales meetings and strategy sessions to align on goals and share best practices.

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience in online marketing services, SaaS solutions, or related technology fields.
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
Experience selling to dental practices or within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
