Responsibilities

Actively generate new business opportunities - leverage our CRM database, partnerships, and LinkedIn to network and engage with potential prospects.
Drive sales processes independently - from outreach or inbound intro, to scoping, pitching, and closing deals.
Take part in establishing and refining repeatable sales processes for sustainable long-term growth.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experiences.

Required

Proven Sales Experience: 5-7 years of experience selling services (similar industries to ours are preferred).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect services to business outcomes and articulate the 'why' behind our work.
Technical Curiosity: Comfortable navigating CRMs, curious to learn about new features, and able to adopt new software tools quickly.
Proactivity and Ownership: You’re not waiting things to happen - you’re taking initiative to generate leads, identify opportunities, and get deals done.
Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborative Mindset: While self-motivated, you value being part of a strong team and work well with others to achieve shared goals.
