Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer services to all assigned customers and achieve team and individual scorecard dashboard metrics.
Negotiate competitive solution renewals and proposals aligning with Meriplex strategy.
Perform multiple prospective customer outreach and sales activities, spending the majority of time in front of prospects.
Utilize CRM to forecast opportunities accurately and meet revenue goals.
Interact with key stakeholders to ensure renewal and drive new sales.
Build and maintain trust within the organization through communication and respect for colleagues.
Develop a high level of working knowledge about Meriplex products and solutions.
Proactively develop business opportunities independently with a results-driven mindset.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and engage with technology partners on new opportunities.
Participate in training sessions, learn and practice the sales process for new logo acquisition, and assist in marketing programs.
Demonstrate resilience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, desire for continuous learning, and leadership skills.
Maintain Salesforce.com, manage time efficiently, and work effectively with the team.
Handle escalated customer negotiations with professionalism and maintain a professional image.
Work efficiently and accurately to present a professional image to customers and technology partners.

Required
10+ years of B2B sales experience required.
Selling experience should primarily include experience selling to IT/Finance/Operation executives, with Managed Services experience a plus.
Knowledge of various IT sales and business solutions involving: Intelligent Networks (WAN), Managed Security Services, Managed Services, Unified Communications as a Service, Hardware, Cloud and Disaster Recovery Services, Professional Services all preferred.
Preferred
Intermediate or advanced CRM skills preferred.
