Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MDR market segment.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice and solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' pain points and tailor MDR solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and differentiate us from competitors.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to MDR services.
Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Provide feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably MDR services.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly in threat detection and incident response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
Established network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry.
