Responsibilities

Build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service

Work closely with directors and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution of programs

Organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams

Reference a variety of sources to provide research support to the team as needed

Produce regular status updates for clients on current projects

Assist in the financial management of assigned projects

Required

Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)

2+ years' experience in project management or any appropriate combination of education and experience

Previous experience in a medical communications or pharmaceutical environment

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time, on budget and with high quality

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to track financial data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong relationship-building and team collaboration skills
