Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong customer relationships while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Work with marketing to define co-development opportunities with key stakeholders and implement sales/marketing strategy.
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Adhere to company policies and values.
Attend industry events (SSW, SSE, NPEW, IFT, ISSN, etc.)

Required
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus. Business and Science based degrees +++.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship-based B2B sales with understanding of science-backed ingredients and technical solutions to customers.
In-depth knowledge of the dietary supplement market and value-based selling.
Proven track record in growing a designated market through prospecting new business and maintaining those relationships long-term.
Report customer activities in CRM software to aid in forecasting and marketing efforts. HubSpot experience ++.
Travel requirement 25%-40%
