Responsibilities
Build pipeline through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, industry events)
Conduct effective discovery with leads to identify critical pain points that OneCrew can solve
Lead demos of OneCrew to validate impact and ROI while working to close
Collaborate with our CEO and sales team peers to continuously improve our sales processes and ensure success for the whole team
Manage and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting
Represent OneCrew at industry events and as a trusted advisor to potential customers
Help maintain a high bar of performance and culture for OneCrew’s sales organization

Required
2+ years experience as a full cycle AE responsible for everything from pipeline building to closing (other sales and/or marketing experience a plus)
Experience with high-velocity sales cycles
Experience selling to SMB and/or 'blue-collar' businesses
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
