Responsibilities

To find, develop, and close new Digital Transformation business for RCG.

RCG’s Digital Transformation business is focused on both IT strategy and RCG’s engineering offerings which include Data, Cloud, Quality Engineering, as well as Digital Strategy and Sustainment, Advanced Analytics AI and Machine Learning.

Targeted client companies have annual revenue of greater than $1 Billion.

Targeted prospects are Chief Digital Officer, Chief Data Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer.

Deep client development sales skills

5+ years high performance sales experience to C-Suite executives

Trustworthy – able to demonstrate and talk about customer contacts that have purchased large solutions from them

Knowledgeable - about RCG’s target industries and the key challenges customers in his segment face

Leadership - consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities
