Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
Servicing and retaining existing accounts to mitigate risks
Maintaining system records of service and policy communications
Responding to client inquiries, service requests, and claims issues
Participating in the retention of renewal business
Executing coverage analysis and making recommendations
Marketing, analyzing, negotiating, and preparing carrier renewals
Performing account rounding activities
Completing all other duties assigned by PCS Regional Leader

Required
4+ years’ Personal Lines client management experience
Valid P&C brokers’ license
Extensive knowledge of Private Client underwriting, coverage and procedures
Ability to clearly articulate these products/coverages to clients and underwriters
Understanding of marketplace trends and best practices to best meet clients’ needs
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible and able to work effectively under pressure; handling multiple tasks with interruptions and changing priorities
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Preferred
College degree preferred
Industry specific designations preferred- CAPI, CPRIA, CIC or similar
Proficient in insurance agency management systems: AMS 360, WorkSmart and EPIC preferred
