Responsibilities

Lead the sales process, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business challenges and offering customized solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology to key stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase our solutions and address client inquiries.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
Collaborate with sales personnel to respond to client requests and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Proactively gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhancement strategies.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to post-sales support and service delivery.
Travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Travel flexibility as needed.

Preferred

Experience in the technology industry or selling technical solutions.
