Required
Experience selling SaaS solutions into Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors
Experience selling SaaS solutions into Commercial Real Estate (CRE) organizations
Experience selling SaaS solutions to State and Local Entities (e.g., educational institutions)
Ability to engage with decision-makers such as Heads of Sustainability, Heads of Real Estate, and other strategic leadership roles
Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS sales cycle
Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
Strong cold business development skills
Ability to manage long-term client relationships
Preferred
Local candidates who can work in-office 3 days/week
Experience in the energy management industry
