Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers within the target market segments to generate new business opportunities.
Actively do outreach campaigns prospective customers
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points related to marketing and customer retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in the assigned vertical.
Oversee the quality of outreach efforts and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve team performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall sales productivity.

Required

3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, or AI-related field.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing a sales pipeline.
Experience in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based selling.
Strong understanding of AI products and their application in business solutions (or the willingness to quickly learn).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong track record of building and scaling businesses from scratch, including driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Deep understanding of the assigned vertical and its unique needs and challenges.
Experience managing and leading sales teams to success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
