Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop and implement a sales strategy that targets potential clients and fosters lasting relationships.
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
Track and report sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools to ensure accurate, real-time data.
Partner with internal teams, such as marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategies.
Maintain engagement with the marketplace by attending industry events such as conferences and trade shows, as well as visiting clients/revenue partners.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Five (5) years of experience in RCM or the Infusion/Pharmacy industry, either as a provider or as an RCM vendor
Exceptional computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Deep understanding of Sales Force
