Responsibilities
Master the hiring company's product and vision, fully understand its value propositions, anticipate objections, and pinpoint areas for product improvement to enhance sales success.
Acquire knowledge about property managers' roles, their current parking management practices, and how the hiring company's solution can capitalize on market opportunities.
Utilize existing outbound and inbound sales channels effectively, collaborating with SDRs while also engaging in your own prospecting efforts through various methods (phone, email, referrals, etc.).
Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that enhance sales effectiveness.
Report directly to the Head of Sales.

Preferred
Experience in a recent startup environment with demonstrable success in driving sales in uncertain settings and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Previous software sales experience within the multi-family real estate sector, particularly those with operational components.
A background in parking, real estate, or property management.
A passion for enhancing urban environments, creating safer, greener, and more affordable spaces without excess parking.
