Responsibilities
Driving and closing business in your multi-state territory
Generating new leads and managing your growing pipeline
Acting as a project manager by bringing the relevant parties together through the various steps of the sales cycle

Required
At least 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS into large organizations, preferably with 250+ employees
Integrity, curiosity and great listening skills
Polished and professional telephone and virtual presentation skills, reflected by captivating storytelling and personal engagement
The ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
An outgoing, high-energy personality; you enjoy new 'adventures' and helping others to solve problems
A 'how can I help?' attitude - Willingness to think outside of the box to help your customers
The drive and organizational skills to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails
A willingness to travel for tradeshows and large deals if needed
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Experience selling HR, HCM, or WFM solutions is a huge advantage, but not required
Proficiency using CRM automation tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, & ZoomInfo a plus
