Responsibilities
Prospect new business to find talent through The Mom Project talent community
Qualify and close new deals with small to medium-sized businesses
Develop a consistent pipeline using proven sales methodology to hit revenue targets
Consult with businesses across various industries to capture their hiring needs to identify and sell the right product offering
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time, connecting trends as you go
Meet or exceed revenue quota, executing with high productivity at high velocity
Maintain excellent relationships with customers for repeat business

Required
3+ years of relevant B2B selling experience in addition to outbound SDR experience
Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding team sales quotas
Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and marketing automation systems (including Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
