Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with subcontractors and general contractors.
Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in sales or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of CRM software
Willingness to travel
Proven ability to achieve quota targets
Preferred
Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company
Extensive cold calling experience
