Responsibilities
Implement business development strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and marketing canvassing to secure meetings with potential clients.
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
Forge new relationships with hiring managers to acquire new accounts.
Ensure the optimal fit of candidates to meet customer satisfaction.
Participate in industry events to broaden your network and professional development.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
Exceed leadership expectations to secure promotions and progress within the company.
Display confidence and ownership in multitasking and decision-making processes.

Required
3+ years of Sales experience in IT staffing or consulting services is required.
2+ years of experience working with large-scale, Fortune 500 account(s)
A history of achieving company awards or recognitions.
Financially motivated with a growth mindset.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High urgency and strong work ethic.
Eagerness to learn, be challenged, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with serving State customers.
