Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, serving as their primary point of contact for Weathermatic's products and services.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Weathermatic's product portfolio (specifically SmartLink) and effectively communicate its value propositions to customers.
Sales Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including working with SDRs for prospecting, lead generation, and sales presentations.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with overall corporate objectives.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager and executive team.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales software (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
Preferred
Knowledge of the irrigation and water management industry is a plus.
