Responsibilities

• Onboarding support and go-live auditing.

• Pull out critical insights of the audit results

• Issue Resolution/Internal Partnerships

• Work where needed with GPO, credit, customer service, sourcing, etc to manage through issue resolution where needed

• Support customer go-live activities including coordinating the paperwork to be signed, ensuring there are no outstanding action items from a sales perspective

Onboarding processesSAPSalesforceGPO relationships

Required

Proven track record of managing complex onboarding processes for physician offices.

Deep understanding of the relationship between GPO and distribution channels.

Hands on understanding of SAP and Salesforce tools.

Deep understanding of the relationship between in-house GPO and 3rd party GPO.

Strong communication skills both written and oral.
