Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales efforts within an assigned territory, with a primary focus on driving new sales and managing existing LG hotel accounts.
Your assigned accounts will include a mixture of small size management and ownership companies in addition to managing some large-scale projects alongside the Regional Team
Develop and execute a sales strategy for your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with individual KPIs and the Senior Director and Team Leader’s overall goals and sales objectives
Identify and cultivate relationships current and new customers, partners, and stakeholders in the hospitality industry using CRM tools, marketing, incentives, and new LG products
Collaborate with regional team members on projects and opportunities and cross-functionally with LG business units, value-added resellers, and distributors
Travel to meet with accounts and present on an entire portfolio of LG solutions including hospitality television, signage, DVLED, EVC, robotics, and more
Assist in updating project pipelines and production forecasts via Salesforce CRM
Maintain customer price sheets and timely quarterly communications with various accounts
Manage a list of new build and conversion properties and track engagement and sales
Engage with other product teams to grow other product segments across account portfolio. Introduce customers and prospects to non-display product teams.
Work with Team Leader and Marketing to develop lead lists and new tactics to reach new accounts and customers.
Participate in conferences and events as needed to support accounts and the hospitality team.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is desired
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of results
Prior experience in hospitality, display or signage industries
Highly proficient with Salesforce or CRM tools to effectively manage accounts and track individual performance
Strong relationship builder with outstanding verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Travel 50-60%
