Responsibilities

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets via account renewals and expansion
Collaborating with Customer Success to identify white space opportunities, while developing and confidently presenting account plans to our senior leadership.
Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to identify and prioritize the best accounts for growth.
Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes.
Comfort in prospecting and asking for referrals in the existing Account base.
Help craft our sales playbooks.

Required

3+ years of relevant account management experience
3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Well organized with effective activity and time management skills
Understanding of strategic account planning and identifying white space opportunities
Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed
You LOVE work as much as we do and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the ground

Preferred

Experience with digital marketing
You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics
