Account Manager, Enterprise (West Coast)

Responsibilities
Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Corporate Risk clients to understand their goals and seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their workflow
Partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer
Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts
Manage your opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely forecasts to management
Attain quarterly targets for bookings in your book of business, on-time renewals, and overall critical renewal and expansion metrics
Increase penetration in your book of business through existing product portfolio and new offers

Required
4-6 years of experience selling enterprise cybersecurity technology solutions in a fast-paced, competitive market
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem solving in real-time
Self-motivated and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience
Must be willing to travel domestically as needed (approximately 25%)
Preferred
Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis efforts of enterprise organizations, including but not limited to corporate security, risk, or crisis management a plus
