Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the client's accounts and cross-channel strategy.
Reviews and continuously improves, elevates, and innovates the overall campaign performance, internal processes, products, and reporting to ensure that campaigns deliver positive ROI.
Communicates to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.
Leads and mentors the team in resolving simple and complex issues and develops solutions proactively.
Takes inquiries and requests from clients and addresses their needs.
Stays on top of accounts, ensuring they're receiving services within their budget and meeting their needs.
Meets regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
Reports directly to the Director of Client Operations and Strategy.

Required
Experience in Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, SEO, PPC
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, and PPC or similar functions
Successful track record in Account Management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable interacting with all levels of Executive Management
Ability to effectively work within tight schedules and almost spontaneous updates due to digital marketing’s ever-changing landscape.
Have a growth & collaborative mindset
Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients
Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest-value partners
Proficiency in all things Google; especially Google Sheets
