Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their IT staffing needs.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing to Crescens’ growth and success.
Participate in client meetings, providing expert guidance on staffing solutions and industry trends.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

Required
Around 5-8 years of experience in IT staffing sales.
Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, technologies, and client needs.
Proven success in sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
A results-oriented and proactive mindset.
Preferred
State client experience is highly desirable.
