Working with a highly experienced team to drive increased sales of the 3M HIS portfolio
Assist in managing client relationships and securing 3M HIS contract renewals

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 9 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Preferred
Five (5) years of successful experience working in relationship management within healthcare, responsible for direct customer interaction.
Knowledge and demonstrable experience with relationship selling and account management skills.
Proven ability to position value / benefits with decision makers; ability to initiate and develop successful selling & contract renewal strategies; ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business within the region that protect all expected Solventum HIS business unit margins.
