Responsibilities

Responsible for leading sales demonstrations and support activities carried out within the assigned coverage area and strategic accounts

Promote and participate in a culture within Air Power that is characterized by accountability, transparency, collaboration, process improvement, and performance.

Ensure all activities are focused on supporting the strategic business plan, providing superior value to your customer base.

Provide constructive feedback to the Regional Manager for the purpose of continuous improvement and profitable growth within the coverage area.

Pursue and participate in necessary training and development opportunities for continuous improvement of sales.

Foster cooperative and productive working relationships with all Air Power Product Specialists by supporting and assisting customers in securing business in all core competencies.

Perform continuous assessment of our product and service offering within the sales area, recommending changes as necessary for improvement.

Actively maintain positive and cooperative relationships with our key supplier partners within the sales area. These relationships should be mutually beneficial towards a common goal of sustainable, profitable growth.
