Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationship and accounts while supporting existing purchased solutions, including milestone calls, biannual check-ins, annual business review.

Serve as the point of contact for assigned customers with the ability to identify & generate sales among assigned accounts, including upselling and cross-selling to grow existing customers.

Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. Service multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.

Conduct and complete exit survey in the event a non-renewal occurs

Keep records of client transactions.

Respond to customer issues/challenges

Collaborate and partner with Business Development Manager, Engagement Consultant, and Solutions Team members to deliver exceptional customer service, product innovation and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.

Retain all products and services; renew subscriptions and agreements within a standardized model. Maintain sales cloud information including contacts, opportunities, forecast and customer matrix, contract information, tasks and customer communication.

Run and utilize usage reporting to demonstrate the value of the product or identify risk. Attend and participate in quarter strategic meetings hosted by marketing on the respective product line.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field preferred

Three to five (3-5) years of business-to-business sales experience to include account management, direct sales, presentations, and a proven record of closing

Prior experience with learning management systems, trade shows, credit union system, and HR & training is a plus

Client-focused solutions and account management experience

Project management, negotiation, effective listening and communication, presentation and time management skills

Strong ability to communicate client needs with cross functional team members

Talent for influencing client management

Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously

Previous experience working with Salesforce and MS Office
