Account Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and investors, serving as their primary point of contact.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and present solutions.
Perform product demonstrations and onboard new users and partners.
Manage the integration of our platform with customer teams.
Own on-site and off-site activation engagements, including trade shows, to drive brand visibility and client interaction.
Respond to customer queries via multiple channels such as Zendesk, adhering to a 24-hour SLA.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
Drive in-app usage by testing innovative user engagement tactics.
Create a customer feedback loop to inform the larger business of the customer’s voice and drive recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with Product and QA teams to report issues and advocate for product improvements.
Generate, understand, and report customer analytics to support data-driven business decisions.
Develop and improve processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and adaptability.
Maintain internal and external data projects and assets.
Represent the product on location as needed.

Required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or IT.
Proficiency in project management, customer service, and spreadsheet applications.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Demonstrated strong sense of ownership.
Success in identifying gaps in current programs and demonstrating creative ways to effect change.
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and act accordingly.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage interactions with a diverse range of personalities.
Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to handle feedback constructively and maintain a positive attitude.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to push initiatives forward without needing constant direction.
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment but must be present onsite regularly.
Preferred
Tradeshow experience preferred.
Experience with Zendesk preferred.
Experience in high-pressure environments like consumer products, tech startups, or customer-facing roles.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Undergraduate degree required; preference for experience over advanced degrees.
Ability to interact professionally with high-profile individuals.
Resilient and able to handle rejection or negative feedback.
