Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers, acting as a strategic partner to understand their evolving business needs.
Oversee a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery against client staffing requirements, providing timely and tailored recruitment solutions.
Drive business expansion by proactively identifying new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging warm leads, while maintaining active engagement with both new and existing clients.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to solidify relationships, address challenges, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to source candidates using social media platforms, recruitment websites, and our proprietary database, ensuring the best possible match for client needs.
Build a network of industry contacts to generate referrals, gather market intelligence, and identify new business leads, contributing to the growth of the organization.
Ensure timely communication of urgent business matters to all relevant stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and problem-solving.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client and candidate inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Solid understanding of IT business, sales, and recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closures.
Preferred
Experience working in the US IT Staffing Industry.
Demonstrated success in business development and account management, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
