Responsibilities

Work closely with clients and internal teams

Communicate client requests using tracking (workflow) software

Meet client expectations

Review/proof and confirm that changes were completed as requested

Manage internal processes

Manage deadlines

Ensure adherence to client budgets

Define marketing plans and objectives

Collect and analyze metrics

Collaborate with BMG internal teams

Meet and collaborate with clients to discuss and identify their requirements

Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice

Provide guidance and direction to account and project coordinators

Assist Team members in daily tasks as requested

Issue weekly status reports, timelines and other reporting tools

Coordinate client reports and marketing plans

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns

Facilitate meetings along with recaps and next steps

Help with conducting research on prospective clients
