Responsibilities
Develop meaningful relationships with multiple clients through daily contact and delivery of high standard of work. Assist with Client Services to implement new show tests and roll out.
Work with Client Services and Media Buyers to ensure all client and CRT goals are being met (Budget, Media Performance, and Client Reporting).
Collaborate with Junior Account Executives (AEs) to manage client budgets effectively and maximize Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
Set up and manage client directive calls. Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, communicate client goals, represent the team to the client, and set proper client expectations while maintaining compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Lead a team of media buyers in appropriate placement of clients’ media within client budget ranges.
Analyze results continuously. Synthesize data, industry information, and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer data feeds, managed databases, and CRM solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business. Understand company capabilities and services to effectively communicate all offerings to clients.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field.
Experience in Media Buying and or Client Services in an account/project management role.
Strong writing, project management and organizational skills; and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines in a demanding environment without sacrificing quality.
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Possesses superior networking and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
Team Player and ability to lead a team. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Client Service.
