Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and maximize the value of Clay’s offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Monitor client usage and engagement, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Serve as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product development and support.
Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales team and setting them up for long-term success.
Maintain accounts after onboarding, ensuring high retention rates and handling renewals to secure long-term partnerships.

Required
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Analytical skills to interpret client data and provide actionable insights.
