Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with restaurants across the country to understand their business requirements and ensure successful onboarding with the company's product.
Regularly check in with restaurants to gather feedback on the product, address their needs, and proactively minimize customer churn.
Serve as a liaison between restaurants and internal teams, effectively communicating progress, status updates, and feedback to strategy, operations, and product teams.
Translate restaurant feedback into actionable insights for product improvement and communicate product updates or technical changes back to the restaurants.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
Utilize communication platforms such as Slack, Google Workspaces, and Zendesk (preferred) to facilitate seamless customer interactions.
Support the ongoing development of internal processes and strategies to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Work 40 hours per week, managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
