Responsibilities

Develop and maintain proactive communications with clients and company underwriters

Act as the primary contact for all insurance questions and policy changes

Develop marketing strategy for assigned renewal business and gather necessary information

Support and communicate with producers on accounts to develop and retain business

Perform periodic coverage and risk reviews to ensure program adequacy

Identify opportunities to develop new lines of coverage for existing accounts

Meet agency, department, and account service goals and deadlines

Ensure integrity of all client data in AMS

Follow agency E&O guidelines

Perform other duties as requested by management
